Season Pass 2020-21 FAQs
Season Pass 2020-21 FAQs
To help supporters with queries they may have regarding the release of Season Passes (formerly Season Tickets) please see the below.
How do I buy a Season Pass?
Supporters should buy their Season Pass online at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/onerovers/. If you have created a MyRovers single login account and linked the ticketing account for your season ticket the process should be straight forward. Simply login and navigate through to renew your seat and process payment.
I haven’t registered a MyRovers account, what should I do?
If you haven’t created a MyRovers account then please read
https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/july/my-rovers-official-press-release/ and follow the steps. If you log in and don’t see your existing seat for renewal with the eticketing website, this will be because you have not linked the correct ticketing account, in this case please contact the ticket office on 01254 372000.
Can I buy at the Roverstore/Ticket Office at Ewood Park?
The Roverstore at Ewood Park remains closed. It is also important that you renew online so that we have your email correct to provide you with an iFollow code or request that you pick a socially distanced seat/group as outlined in the FAQs below.
What does my Season Pass entitle me to?
Your Season Pass is the best way to support the club during this time of uncertainty whilst fans aren’t currently allowed in to stadiums and subsequently may do so on a staggered, reduced capacity basis. Purchasing now is the only way to guarantee your original seat for when the stadium returns to full capacity. Young Adult, Adult and Senior season passes will gain access to iFollow streaming for each home match and seven midweek away matches for the period of time that supporters are not able to attend. Adults and Seniors will also receive a pro rata deduction off their 2021-22 season pass minus the £10 iFollow Match Pass.
What compensation do Under 18s and Under 12s receive?
Under 18s and Under 12s will both receive their match by match pro rata deduction off their next season pass but do not receive an iFollow code.
What happens when supporters start to return to stadiums?
Once supporters are allowed to attend, you will need to select a socially distanced seat. In order to sit with those in their bubble (friends or family) they will need to create a network within our eticketing website and select a group of seats together in order to sit there. Supporters will not use their Season Ticket card but gain access via match tickets sent to their email, which they can either send to their google or apple pay wallet or print out and use at the turnstile. If supporters do not have a printer or smartphone, there will be a provision to collect from a ticket window, however, we strongly advise to avoid doing so to ensure that entry to the ground is as efficient as possible.
How will I receive my iFollow code to watch the matches?
Much like for the final nine matches of the 2019-20 season we will email your code to you a few days before a match. It is imperative that you check we have the correct email to contact you. If you received your season pass purchase confirmation via email, then you are all set. The only change for this season is that that you will receive a different code to be redeemed to grant you access for each individual game. Whilst we realise this isn’t a perfect solution, due to all the different factors at play it is the best solution provided by the EFL.
Do I still watch on iFollow when supporters start to return to stadiums?
Once the capacity allowed in the stadium exceeds the amount of Season Passes sold, iFollow access codes will not be sent for the home matches but still sent for the remaining mid-week away matches providing substantial capacity restrictions are still in place at the away ground and away supporters cannot be in attendance.
I’m a Season Pass holder, can I watch away matches on a Saturday?
Access to Saturday 3pm kick offs away from home are not included with your Season Pass, neither are fixtures originally scheduled for a Saturday that are moved for live Sky coverage. These maybe purchased with a match pass at £10.
I’ve renewed my regular seat, is that where I sit?
Due to social distancing measures it is unlikely that you will be able to sit in your Season Pass seat. When we have a confirmed capacity allowance for a game, we will publish a socially distanced seating plan on our eticketing site where supporters will be able to pick seats together with others from their bubble. We will keep supporters informed of this process in due course.
Why are the Riverside, Ronnie Clayton Blackburn End and Jack Walker lower the same price?
As mentioned above, we may need to relocate supporters based on how many we can facilitate in the stadium, therefor it would be unfair for supporters to be sat next to each other having paid two differing amounts. In the unlikely event that a supporter has paid for a premium seat in the Jack Walker Upper and needs to be relocated to another part of the ground, they will receive a refund of the difference. The Darwen End may also be opened to seat supporters to ensure that social distancing guidelines are met.
May I opt out of having the iFollow code and take a full pro rata deduction for each game?
This is not an option. It is worth noting that only one code can be used per account so if you wish to watch on multiple screens you will not be able to with just one code and Season Pass holder account.
What if the number of supporters allowed in the stadium is less than those who have Season Passes?
In this eventuality we will need to conduct a ballot. We will update supporters should we need to conduct one
