The draw for the group stage of the Premier League Cup has now been made.
Rovers Under-23s have been drawn in Group G, along with Burnley, Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough.
The competition sees 32 clubs drawn into eight groups, each consisting of four teams.
Each team will face their group opponents twice, both at home and away.
Rovers' six group stage matches are as follows (with dates, venues and kick-off times to be confirmed in due course):

Fixture to be played between Thursday October 3rd and Sunday October 6th
- Match Round 2
Rovers v Middlesbrough
Fixture to be played between Thursday November 7th and Sunday November 10th

Fixture to be played between Friday November 29th and Monday December 2nd

Rovers v Crystal Palace
Fixture to be played between Friday January 17th and Monday January 20th

The teams that finish in the top two places in their respective groups will advance to the knockout phase.
Last season, Rovers reached the quarter-finals before bowing out to eventual winners Everton at Goodison Park.
Supporters are reminded that Rovers Under-23s are next in action on Tuesday September 10th when they take on Accrington Stanley in the first round of the Lancashire FA Senior Cup at the County Ground in Leyland (kick-off 7pm).
Billy Barr's side have also been drawn against Newcastle United, SL Benfica and BSC Hertha in this season's Premier League International Cup.
