Gemma Donnelly is sweating on the availability of a couple of players ahead of Sunday’s game at home to Sheffield United Women.
While Rovers were able to welcome back several players into the squad, they are now faced with fresh injury worries.
Danielle Whitham and Kelsey Pearson were both forced off at half-time in the defeat at Villa Park.
It was Whitham's first game since returning to the club, while Pearson was also making her first start of the season - after more than a year out through injury.
“Dan got a ball in the face so she was displaying potential signs of concussion. We took her off as a precaution.
“It’s a shame really as I thought for the first 45 minutes she was absolutely excellent, so we’ll continue to monitor that.
“With Kelsey again it was precautionary as she felt her hamstring. She had 25 minutes a couple of weeks ago against London Bees and she’s been working hard in training.
“We took it up to 45 minutes so it was time for her to come off anyway but again we’re hoping it’s nothing too serious there.”
