Danny Graham insists an "angry" Rovers side are ready to bounce back this weekend after
Rovers return to action against Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon at Ewood Park and will be aiming to return to winning ways against The Terriers.
Tony Mowbray's men were left frustrated and disappointed last time out against Queens Park Rangers, but Graham says the team are fired up to respond in the right way.
“We’ve been angry since the QPR and have wanted another game to come round quickly to be honest," the 34-year-old admitted to iFollow Rovers.
“It’s given us some time to reflect and hopefully we can right the wrongs from that day.
“We’ve got to use it as a wake up call and it was a tough one to take coming back on the bus after the game.
“We’re an honest group of lads who stick together and hopefully we can move forward on Saturday by getting the result.
“We’re all itching to right the wrongs and bounce back.
“It was a disappointing day all round, especially when you add in the injuries."
On those injuries picked up at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, both Darragh Lenihan and Greg Cunningham are set for long lay-offs.
And Graham added that the team is crestfallen by the news that the duo will be out of action.
“You know what you’re getting with Darragh and he’s been playing some of his best football at centre half," the striker said.
“With Greg, he’s been a breath of fresh air since he came in and to find out the news about him is really devastating and saddening for all the boys.
“It’s hard to see and it’s a weird injury the ACL because you see him walking around fine at the training ground. He’s done ever so well here and we all wish him a speedy recovery.”
