Rovers starlet Jack Vale has earned a call up to the Wales Under-21s squad for his country's upcoming Under-21s Euro 2021 qualifier.

The youngster is part of Paul Bodin's 20-man squad, and will join up with the squad for a clash against Moldova in Wales' first away game of the group, which will be played at the District Sports Complex, Orhei on Friday 11th October, kick-off 3pm.

Vale, who has featured heavily for Wales at Under-17s and Under-19s level, is a key part of Billy Barr's Rovers Under-23s side and has impressed in his early outings this season.

The young forward missed out on featuring for his country in his hometown on Wrexham in the last international break after picking up an injury that kept him out of battles against Belgium and Germany.

The full squad can be seen below:

Good luck, Jack!
