Rovers midfielder Tom White has today completed a loan move to National League side Barrow.
White, who made the move to Ewood Park from Gateshead in the summer, will remain at Holker Street until Saturday January 18th and has permission to play in the FA Trophy.
The 22-year-old, who has found opportunities limited this season, will link up with Rovers team-mate Matty Platt, who is on a season-long loan at Barrow, and former Under-23s captain Lewis Hardcastle.
White is expected to go straight into the squad for Barrow's trip to Notts County tomorrow, as the high-flying Cumbrians look to continue their fine run of form, having triumphed in nine of their last 10 league outings.
Good luck, Tom!
