There has been a change of kick-off time for Rovers Under-23s’ forthcoming Premier League Cup fixture at home to Crystal Palace Under-23s.

The game was due to be played at the Lancashire FA HQ in Leyland on Friday January 17th, kick-off 7pm, but it will now take place at the same venue and date but at the earlier time of 1pm.

Joe Rankin-Costello bagged a late brace in the reverse fixture against The Eagles at Dulwich Hamlet in October, after Harry Chapman equalised just before half time following Robert Street's opener in south London, as Rovers ran out 3-1 winners.

Billy Barr's side currently sit top of the Group G table with two wins from their opening two games of the competition, with Burnley's Under-23s visiting Ewood Park on Friday, kick-off 1pm.
