Home draw in FA Youth Cup

Mike Sheron’s side will face either Uxbridge or Newport County at Ewood Park in the 3rd round

Rovers Under-18s have been handed a home tie in the third round of the FA Youth Cup after the draw was made at Wembley this lunchtime.

Mike Sheron’s side will host either Uxbridge or Newport County, with the tie expected to take place at Ewood Park in mid-December.

Rovers will find out who they face when Uxbridge and Newport meet in the second round on Monday November 11th.

Luke Brennan scored a consolation as Rovers were knocked out of the prestigious youth cup competition at the third round stage last season after falling to a 2-1 defeat at home to Gillingham.
