Rovers Ladies are delighted to announce the permanent signing of Levi Chambers-Cook.
The holding midfielder joins from National League South side AFC Wimbledon on a deal until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old started her career at Chelsea’s Regional Talent Club before turning out for Derby County, Fulham and WSL club Brighton & Hove Albion during her senior career, prior to a move to South London.
But now she’s a Blue and Gemma Donnelly was thrilled to get her new signing in the building:
“Levi’s been training with us for a few weeks. Technically she’s very good, strong and has a fantastic passing range.
“She will offer some competition in the middle of the park. I’m excited to add her to our squad.”
Chambers-Cook goes straight into tonight’s squad to face Liverpool in the Continental Cup and will wear the number 16 shirt.
