Rovers fans have travelled in their numbers throughout the 2018-19 league campaign, and we've delved into the archives to work out statistics for this term.

We took a grand total of 32,501 supporters on our 23 league away journeys this season - a phenomenal effort from you, our fans.

The longest jaunt of the campaign was the a 500-mile round trip to Suffolk when we took on Ipswich Town at Portman Road on the opening day of the season.

The shortest journey from Blackburn was to near neighbours Preston North End, with only 10.5 miles separating the two stadiums.

The total away attendance for each trip made by our supporters can be seen below:

Ipswich Town: 1,070
Hull City: 1,084
Bristol City: 1,058
Derby County: 627
Stoke City: 1,855
Bolton Wanderers: 2,482
Swansea City: 413
West Bromwich Albion: 1,978

Our following was also the eighth best average in the league this season.

The total mileage was 5,896 to travel in the Championship, which worked out to be an average of a 256-mile round trip for each away game (from Blackburn).
So, can we top this season’s away support and back the lads even better on the road next term?...
