Highly-rated Rovers starlet Jack Vale is set to feature for Wales Under-19s in their upcoming UEFA Elite Tournament in the Netherlands.

The teenager, who penned a first pro deal with Rovers a year ago, has featured heavily for his country's youth teams in recent times.

Having last made an outing in November, Vale could play three times against other highly-rated countries later this month.

The youngster, who's featured for Rovers in the Under-18s and the Under-23s this season, could play against the hosts, Spain and Slovenia in the tournament, with the group stage encounters announced earlier today.

It promises to be a trio of entriguing clashes over in Holland, with Wales hoping to qualify for the first time in their history, whilst Spain have won the competition a record seven times.
