Rovers are at home again on Tuesday night for another local derby – against Wigan Athletic.
Here’s our guide to the game…
STATE OF PLAY
Tony Mowbray’s side were defeated 1-0 by Preston North End on Saturday. Daniel Johnson’s early goal was enough for the Lilywhites to take all three points. But Danny Graham had a goal harshly ruled out for offside.
Rovers currently sit in 17th position in the Sky Bet Championship table, 11 points adrift of the play-offs and the same amount clear of the relegation zone.

TEAM NEWS
Darragh Lenihan is still ruled out, while Charlie Mulgrew and Jack Rodwell will also miss the game through injury.
Mulgrew picked up a hamstring injury and limped out of the Preston game, while fellow centre-half Rodwell has a similar injury.
OUR OPPONENTS
Wigan are in 20th position, three points above the drop zone.
Reading beat the Latics 3-2 on Saturday, in what was a crucial game at the bottom of the table. That result moved the Royals above Wigan on goal difference.
It means Paul Cook’s side have gone over a month without a win – with their last three points picked up at the start of February, at home to QPR.
A run of four successive draws in February has been followed by back-to-back defeats.
