Bradley Dack says it's important Rovers don't waste all the groundwork put in earlier in the season, with back-to-back home games on the horizon.

Preston North End made the trip to Ewood Park later this afternoon, before a midweek clash against Wigan Athletic takes place on Tuesday evening.

And speaking ahead of the encounter against PNE, he's keen for revenge against both clubs following defeats against the same opponents earlier in the campaign.

"We have two massive games coming up, and we feel we owe them both after what they did to us earlier in the season," he told iFollow Rovers.

“We’ve had a tough month, there’s no hiding that, but we’ve worked on things, have told home truths and told each other what we think. Now is the time to get the job done.

“We had a tough spell over Christmas and managed to come out the other side, which we need to do again as soon as possible.

“We know what we can do, we showed that in January, but recently we’ve fallen a little bit short, with mistakes, conceding too many goals," he added.

“Let’s not waste all the good work we’ve done this season. Coming up, not many expected us to do much, but when you look at where the other two promoted clubs in the league are, we’ve done alright."
