Danny Graham tucked away goals number 50 and 51 for Rovers during Tuesday night's excellent win against Wigan Athletic, and is already targeting a new milestone.
The 33-year-old hitman got Rovers off the mark from the penalty spot in the first half to reach the half-century, before adding another early into the second 45 minutes.
And discussing the feat, the striker admits he knew it was on the horizon.
"I've known that it was around the corner and I've been wanting to do it for a while now, so I was delighted to get it," he explained to iFollow Rovers ahead of this weekend's clash with Sheffield Wednesday.
"The most important thing was to get it and make sure we won the game as well, so it was a pleasing night all round.
"After the tough run we've had over the last six or seven games, it was nice to put one over on Wigan and put in a good performance as well."
"I knew earlier on in the season how many goals I had and it was something that had crossed my mind what I wanted to achieve this season.
"I'm delighted to do that and delighted to have 50-plus goals for this football club. I'm loving my team here and hopefully that can continue."
Deadly from the spot for his first, Graham adds that he's keen to dethrone Charlie Mulgrew from penalty duties, despite the skipper finding the net with regular occurance from 12 yards out.
"I must be on penalties now, surely?! But listen, as soon as the foul was given on Reedy, I wanted to take that responsibility and put the ball on the spot and tuck it away," he said with a smile.
"The lads are always onto me about how powerful my side-foot is and there was a bit of wind with me, so I just got my head over it and it's gone in the top corner and set us off on the way to a big win, which we needed."
"That's 50 now and roll on the next 50 hopefully."
