Tony Mowbray has named a strong side for today's pre-season friendly against Rangers at Ibrox Stadium
The boss and Charlie Mulgrew are sure of a warm welcome today with their links to arch rivals Celtic, and it's Mulgrew who is back wearing the armband for his first start of pre-season.
Elliott Bennett, Corry Evans and Danny Graham all return to the team after missing out on the midweek victory against Mansfield Town.
There's a first run out of pre-season for Amari'i Bell, who returns from a slight injury, whilst Bradley Johnson makes his first Rovers start, as does fellow new boy Stewart Downing.
There's no spot for Sam Gallagher, who is still working on his base fitness back at Brockhall Village, whilst Jacob Davenport misses out through injury.
Under boss Steven Gerrard, the hosts include a number of familiar names in their squad. Jermain Defoe starts up front, whilst former Southampton midfielder Steven Davis, an international team-mate of Evans, begins in central midfield.
Also included in the Rangers lineup is Jordan Jones - a player who was given his professional debut by Mowbray during their time together at Middlesbrough.
Kick-off is at 3pm and if you haven't made the trip to Ibrox you can follow all the action across our social media channels.
