It was arguably Rovers' best performance of the season on Saturday, and Harrison Reed says that's got to be the standard for the rest of the se
Reed, who turned 24 at the weekend, picked up the Man of the Match award following a fine display and a goal against Hull City on Saturday afternoon at Ewood Park.
It's now four consecutive victories in the Championship for Rovers, with the last two both coming at Ewood, to the delight of the loanee.
"We pinpointed these last two home games as a chance to get six points, which we’ve achieved, but we’re not getting carried away," the number 4 told iFollow Rovers after the game.
"It was good for us to get the points with other teams not playing. I think it sends out a statement to beat a team who came into the game on a 10-game unbeaten run.
"We dominated the game. That’s the benchmark and they are the levels we need to keep reaching to keep the run going. If we do that then the play-offs won’t be too far away.
"We’re looking up rather than behind us. With the group we have, the ability we have and the desire, we’re focussed on achieving things this season.
"We have the belief, the confidence, the momentum, and the fans are right behind us all the way. Hopefully we can take that into next weekend’s game at Brentford."
