Tony Mowbray says having a group focussed on the job in hand is a main reason for his side's fine form in January.
Goals from Adam Armstrong, Jack Rodwell and Harrison Reed sealed a perfect month for Mowbray's men, who continued their surge up the table with a confident 3-0 win against Hull City.
And speaking to iFollow Rovers after the game, Mowbray admits the squad are all buying into what he wants from his side.
“What I do know about this group of players is that they buy into the way we play and they listen," the boss said.
“In the past I’ve had teams that don’t even listen to you, they are, but they’re pulling up their socks or tying their laces, things like that.
“This team are fully focussed, listen, are at it, are driven, and it’s being led by some top class senior professionals.
“That’s why it makes my job easier, really. We point them in the right direction and they go out and make things happen."
