They may be divided by their loyalties, but Monday at Nine are united by their pride at being involved in tomorrow night's FA Cup third round replay.
The award-winning recruitment consultancy, which provides a bespoke offering to businesses and professionals across a wide range of industries, will be Rovers' new sleeve sponsor for the Ewood Park encounter against Newcastle United.
Founder Dan Boneham, a boyhood Rovers fan, said: "We saw the sponsorship opportunity posted on LinkedIn and we both agreed it was just too good an opportunity to pass up.
"I've been a Rovers fan since I was a little boy, so to be involved with a club of this size and with the history it's got, it was something we just couldn't turn down."
Director Jonathan Wilson, an avid Newcastle fan, added: "We are both massive football fans and it's the FA Cup, which is still a special competition.
"I'm a Newcastle fan and so to have the chance to be the sponsor for this game in particular, it was an opportunity we couldn't turn down and it's a proud moment for us both."
The business partners were special guests at Rovers' Senior Training Centre this morning, where they showed off the new-look Rovers shirt to manager Tony Mowbray and the first team squad, including fans favourite Elliott Bennett.
