Rovers boss Tony Mowbray and forward Adam Armstrong have been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager and Player of the Month for January.
Mowbray's side secured four straight league wins in the month to move to within touching distance of the play-off places.
Rovers beat promotion chasing West Brom 2-1, before recording three straight clean sheets with victories over Millwall (2-0), Ipswich Town (2-0) and Hull City (3-0).
Armstrong played a pivotal role in Rovers' fine run of form, scoring goals in the games against Millwall and Hull - as well as former club Newcastle in the FA Cup - as well as claiming four assists.
The boss beat competition from Brentford boss Thomas Frank, Bristol City chief Lee Johnson and Swansea City's Graham Potter for the managerial gong.
Armstrong battled it out with Hull's international winger Kamil Grosicki, Swansea hitman Oli McBurnie and Aston Villa top scorer Tammy Abraham, to land the player prize.
Congratulations to the gaffer and Arma!
