The Blues are back on the road this weekend, making the trip to face Birmingham City.

Rovers currently sit in 14th position in the Sky Bet Championship table, looking to end a run of four successive defeats.

A narrow 1-0 home defeat against Middlesbrough last weekend has left Rovers 10 points off the play-offs, with 13 games to go.

Rovers were held to a draw in the reverse fixture against Saturday’s opponents.

Tony Mowbray’s side were two goals to the good at Ewood before the visitors hit back to level the scores and take a point from the game.

As always, we'll be bringing you team news and live updates on the game via social media. Fans can follow all the action on our official Twitter account, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.

Derrick Williams will serve the first of his two match suspension for a straight red card picked up against Middlesbrough, meaning Amari’i Bell is likely to start against his former club at left-back.

Darragh Lenihan isn’t ready for the weekend’s game, but Harry Chapman is getting closer to a first-team return after featuring for Rovers Under-23s on Monday night.

Birmingham are currently in ninth position in the Championship table, seven points adrift of the play-offs.

They come into the game off the back of a shock 1-0 home defeat at the hands of relegation threatened Bolton Wanderers.

It was a first defeat in four games for Garry Monk’s side, who were boosted by Che Adams staying at the club after interest in the player during the January transfer window.

The striker has been in red-hot form this season, scoring 19 goals, at a rate of one every 133 minutes.

Tickets are still available to buy for Saturday's game. Click here, call 01254372000 or visit the ticket office to purchase yours before 3.30pm on Friday.

Rovers fans can then pay on the day at the cash-only turnstile, with no price increase.
