Rovers will be hoping to make it two wins in a week when Tony Mowbray's side head to Hull City this evening for game number four of the 2019-20 Championship season.

Following the 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough at the weekend, Rovers will be hoping to gain momentum by picking up all three points at the KCOM Stadium tonight.

A similar result to last season's trip will be perfect for Mowbray's men, with Bradley Dack's early strike being the difference on a sunny August afternoon on the banks of the River Humber.

Mowbray has ruled Dominic Samuel out of the clash due to the striker picking up an allergic reaction this week, whilst Harry Chapman featured against Leicester City for the Under-23s last night and therefore won't be part of the travelling party.

The game will come too early for centre back Tosin Adarabioyo, who has a slight knock, which means the blossoming parnership of Derrick Williams and Darragh Lenihan are likely to be in the centre of defence.

Hull currently sit in 10th place in the table, with a record of one win, one defeat and one draw from their ipening three games in the Championship under new boss Grant McCann.

The hosts have a doubt over defender Eric Lichaj, whilst Callum Elder and Angus MacDonald are both out of contention for this evening's game.

Mowbray's got previous against Hull, with the boss winning seven times against The Tigers in his managerial career, which is the boss' best record against any opponent he's come across.

Kick-off this evening is at 7.45pm, and you can follow all the action across our social media channels.
