Gemma Donnelly was named Clubman of the Year at the annual Blackburn Rovers Disabled Supporters End of Season Party at Ewood Park.
The Ladies boss has guided the team to the league title for the third season running, with a 20-point gap over second place, as well as reaching the League Cup Final, as holders of the competition.
The Blues are also in the Lancashire Challenge Cup Final, looking to win it for the 13th time.
Elsewhere, Natasha Flint won the Ladies Player of the Year Award. The striker has enjoyed a brilliant first full season at the club, netting 36 goals from just 29 games in all competitions.
Neither were able to make the event, due to training ahead of Sunday’s Final. But a trio of Rovers Ladies stars – Lauren Davies, Serena Fletcher and Sophie Charlton - were on hand to make an appearance and collect the awards on their behalf.
Donnelly said: “Apologies for not being able to attend tonight’s awards evening. With a big League Cup Final coming up against Crawley on Sunday, all preparation is going into that.
“I am truly honoured to win this award. It’s a culmination of all the hard work that has been done over the season from all the staff and players.
“I must say a big thank you to the Club for continually supporting us in all we do and backing the Ladies team.
“And thank you to all those who have come to watch us this season.”
“It’s an exciting time for Blackburn Rovers Ladies and we’re excited to see what more we can achieve in the future.”
Tickets for Sunday’s League Cup Final at Burton Albion are available on the gate and priced at £5 for adults and £2.50 for concessions.
