Elliott Bennett admits back-to-back victories in the Championship has boosted Tony Mowbray's squad as they target three wins on the spin when Rovers visit Loftus Road on Friday.
Wins over Derby County and then Nottingham Forest have hauled Rovers up to 15th place in the Championship ahead of the Good Friday encounter against Queens Park Rangers.
Rovers have a pretty decent record against the west Londoners, and Bennett's hoping Mowbray's men can continue their fine form and end the campaign well, with only four outings of the season remaining.
“Hopefully we can end the season well with four really positive results," the 30-year-old told iFollow Rovers ahead of the journey to the capital.
“Every away game is tough, no matter who you play.
"But we’ll go there with a positive mindset after back-to-back wins against two teams who have been in and around the play-off places for the majority of the season.
“We need to try and take the performances over the last few games down to Loftus Road and hopefully that can help get us the points."
“We’ve had chats internally about the plans in the summer, the gaffer adding more competition, which is what we’ll all thrive on.
"We’re focussed on getting this club back to the Premier League."
