Rovers Ladies manager Gemma Donnelly has won the FA Women’s National League Manager of the Month for March.
Donnelly guided the Blues to a third straight FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division title at the end of the month, thanks to a 3-0 win over Derby County Ladies.
That followed away victories over Hull City Ladies (2-1) and Guiseley Vixens (5-0) to help secure the title with five games to spare.
Rovers are 15 points clear at the top, with two games in hand on second placed Sunderland.
The Blues also progressed to the League Cup Final for the second season running courtesy of a resounding 4-0 win over Loughborough Foxes, and will look to retain the trophy when they face Crawley Wasps on Sunday 28th April.
Donnelly said: “I’m delighted to have received the award for the second time. It’s an accumulation of everybody’s hard work, staff and players alike.
“It’s been a fabulous season but we’re not finished there.”
Rovers are back in action this Sunday, away to Stoke City Ladies at Community Drive, (2pm).
