Rovers boss Tony Mowbray has made three changes to his starting XI from the one that played at Derby County for today's game at Stoke City.

Craig Conway, Kasey Palmer and Adam Armstrong drop out, with the latter two on the bench at the bet365 Stadium.

Coming in for the trio are Harrison Reed, who starts for the first time, Elliott Bennett, who captains the side, and Danny Graham.

Derrick Williams continues at the heart of the Rovers defence in the absence of Charlie Mulgrew, who is out with a calf injury picked up in training.

Williams makes the 200th league appearance of his career, and will play alongside Darragh Lenihan, with Amari'i Bell continuing his run at left back.

For the hosts, former Rover Mame Biram Diouf starts, whilst Tom Ince - son of ex-Rovers boss Paul - will play on the wing for Gary Rowett's side.

England goalkeeper Jack Butland will be in goal for the Potters, and on the bench sees former Barcelona man Bojan and ex-England striker Peter Crouch take their seats.

Kick-off in the Potteries is at 3pm and you can follow all the action on iFollow Rovers and across our social media channels.
