Danny Graham could be set for start number three in Rovers colours this week, and insists he can handle the rigorous schedule with ease.

The forward played and scored in the excellent win over Leeds United last weekend before being named in the starting XI against old club Swansea City in midweek.

Another journey south is on the agenda for this weekend too, with West Bromwich Albion the destination for play-off chasing Rovers.

Some have doubted whether the 33-year-old can maintain the same standards during weeks with three games, but Graham says he feels as fit as ever and is looking forward to going into battle once more.

“It’s getting a bit boring now to be honest! Everyone goes on about me being 33 but playing three games in a week is something I have done a few times in the last year or so," he said with a smile.

“Listen, it doesn’t matter how old you are, if you keep yourself fit then you can do it. I feel as fit now as I have ever been since I joined the club.
“Three games a week is fine for me. People talk about it, which isn’t a problem. It makes no difference to me, the gaffer can change things up whenever he wants.
“I feel my performances have been good, I’ve scored a few and got assists as well this season. I probably should have more goals, but I’m a massive team player and if I set up goals or play a part in goals then I’m fine with it.
“I’m feeling sharp, fit and as long as we’re winning games then everything is good in my view. There’s nothing to moan about."
