Harrison Reed has made a fine start to life at Rovers, and says he's thoroughly enjoyed his first few weeks at the club.
The midfielder joined on loan from Southampton at the end of August, and has caught the eye with a series of all-action displays, which included his first goal of the season during the win over Stoke.
Asked how he's adapting and to assess his performances so far, he said: "Yeah, I've been pleased.
"I'm really getting used to the way the team want to play and how the manager wants me to play.
"It's a different role I'm playing at the moment, out on the right, but I'm enjoying it.
"I've come here to play football and learn and I'm certainly doing that and I'm thoroughly enjoying it."
The team spirit inside the Rovers dressing room is no secret, and Reed has settled quickly within the squad.
Harrison believes it all stems from manager Tony Mowbray, with players, staff and fans all giving 100 per cent.
"I'm thoroughly enjoying it," he added. "Like I said, since I've come in the boys have been great, very welcoming and made me feel part of it straight away.
"Hopefully I'm repaying that with my performances and the hard work I'm willing to give and the hard work I'm willing to put in to get results and keep us pushing the right way."
"It's immense, and I think it comes from the manager. He demands a lot of us and the players are willing to go and work for the manger.
"Each one of us wants to put in the performances to push us up the league and do so for the fans that come and support us every week.
"It's great, the support they show us and it really pushes us on."
