It's back to league action following the international break!

Rovers will be looking to make it back-to-back wins with victory over high-flying Leeds United at Ewood Park this weekend.

Here's our guide to the game...

Last time out, Rovers secured a battling 1-0 win at Bolton, courtesy of Bradley Dack's close-range strike - his eighth of the season in all competitions. The result was the perfect way to sign off before the international break, and means the Blues are 10th in the table and just a point outside the play-off places going into this weekend. Our next test sees Leeds - who have enjoyed a strong start to the season - make the trip to East Lancashire, and is sure to be a good test for Tony Mowbray's men. As always, we'll be in attendance, bringing you team news and live updates via social media. Fans can follow the action via our official Twitter account, with kick-off scheduled for 12:00pm.

Tony Mowbray confirmed during his pre-match press conference on Thursday that captain Charlie Mulgrew has trained and could be in contention, adding that Ryan Nyambe could train on Friday but may not feature. Meanwhile, Jacob Davenport is "ready to go" following injury, and has travelled to Brighton with the Under-23s to build up his match fitness. Dominic Samuel (ACL) and Ben Gladwin (knee) remain long-term absentees and, following injury, Jacob Davenport is likely to make an appearance for the Under-23s before being considered for first-team selection. Both starting line-ups will be revealed an hour before kick-off on matchday via social media.

As mentioned, Leeds have made a fine start to 2018/19 and sit third in the standings, just two points off the top. The appointment of experienced head coach Marcelo Bielsa in the summer has proven a worthwhile one so far, with the Whites suffering just one league defeat so far. Only West Brom (31) have scored more goals in the Championship than Leeds (22) this term, and they also boast the second-best defensive record in the second tier since August. Having finished 13th last season, there's already been talk of automatic promotion at Elland Road, though they have won just one of the last four games. Saturday's clash will be the 99th competitive match between the sides, and our first since February 2017.

Tickets are still available, and can be purchased online, over the phone on 01254372000 or at the ticket office. Fans are advised to buy in advance to avoid queues, as well as the matchday price increase.
