Although Rovers were drawn away to Blackpool for the second round of the Lancashire FA Senior Cup, the tie will be played at Brockhall Village later today.
Both parties have agreed that the tie will be played at the Rovers' Academy base in Brockhall Village, with kick-off scheduled for 12pm.

The game will see a return to Brockhall for former Rovers youth chief and assistant manager Terry McPhillips, who is now in charge of the Tangerines following Gary Bowyer's departure from Bloomfield Road earlier in the season.
In the event of the scores being level at the end of 90 minutes, extra-time will not be played, and the winner of the tie will be determined by penalties.
Rovers have reached the semi-final stage in each of the last two seasons, suffering penalty shoot-out defeats to Fleetwood and, most recently, Bury.
