Tony Mowbray wants Rovers fans packed into Ewood Park on Saturday and to turn up the noise on home turf for the visit of the Whites.
It is expected that more than 20,000 will be inside Ewood for the 12pm kick-off on Saturday and Mowbray wants the volume to be as loud as possible for the big clash.
A win could potentially move Rovers into the play-off positions if results also go the way of Mowbray's men.
“There will be a lot of Leeds United supporters at Ewood at the weekend and we want as many of our own fans as possible packed in," the boss began when speaking to iFollow Rovers.
"It promises to be a really good game on the pitch, so let’s make sure there’s a really vociferous atmosphere as well with both teams cheering their team on.
“I feel the team are working very hard. They have lost just one game at home in the league in the last year. People go to work all week and you choose to spend your money however you want, whether that be going to the pub with your mates or heading to support your local team.
“Some people have tough decisions when it comes to leisure. If they choose to come to see us play then they know they will see a team giving everything they have for the badge and the club.
“Fans need to want to come to Ewood because people say how enjoyable and entertaining it is. We’ve had some great performances over the last year or 18 months.
“We fight for the fans, show that commitment, hard work, heart and desire to get points on the board."
