What’s On

10:00 Alcohol service begins in Blues, with the FanZones open at both ends of the stadium to serve both sets of supporters. There’s a special treat for home fans at the Blackburn End, where we’ll be showing our 2017-18 season review in full to set the tone for the game!

10:05 We’re showing our support for the DEC’s Indonesia appeal following the recent earthquake and tsunami, with members of the Community Trust’s NCS Youth Board undertaking a bucket collection around the stadium. Please give as generously as you can.

10:15 Rovers Return tickets go on sale. Every two tickets you purchase entitles you to one free ticket in the Golden Ticket draw for hospitality at the QPR game!

10:30 The earliest start this season for our fun and games in Rover’s Kennel and The Game Room. Come along for free fruit, face painting (thanks to McDonald’s at Ewood) or your chance to play FIFA 19!

11:00 GVANI returns to the Foster’s FanZone stage. We last welcomed the teenage talent earlier in the year when we entertained Oldham Athletic and he wowed the crowds with his Urban sound, inspired by top hip-hop artists like Kendrick Lamar and some of the best soulful melodies of the 90s.

11:25 Aged 16 or under? Come to the FanZone stage and volunteer to read out today’s team news for your chance to become a star!

11:50 Guard of honour time! Today we welcome Mill Hill U8 and Astley & Buckshaw U10 to enjoy the experience alongside several representatives from local community groups.

11:57 Time to welcome today’s teams, accompanied by a referee mascot with a brilliantly evocative name for Rovers fans – Jack Walker Gooden – and player escorts from Castle Town Dragons U11 in Penrith.

12:48 Rovers Return lottery draw. Don’t miss your number being called out via the PA system ... but if you do, you can find the results straight after the draw via @BRFCTrust on Twitter and Facebook.

12:50 Half-time penalties on the pitch from today’s guests from junior grassroots clubs. Please give them a cheer for every successful goal or save!

15:30 Stay behind in Blues to enjoy the post-match atmosphere because we’ll also have live music from mid-afternoon onwards, courtesy of local singer Chris Hinnigan (check him out at
