This season, we've introduced a new feature, bringing Rovers fans that bit closer to members of the current first-team squad.
The idea is simple: 26 questions, one for each letter of the alphabet, with subjects ranging from the players' favourite holiday destinations to the strangest things they've ever seen.
Ben Brereton is next in the hot seat, telling us about playing for Chile, Adam Armstrong’s suspect haircut, joining the police and more!
A – AWAY - What’s your favourite away ground that you've played at?
Elland Road. It was where I made my debut for Nottingham Forest. It was my first professional game and although we didn’t win, it was an enjoyable moment.
B – BANTER – Who's got the best banter in the squad?
It would have to be Dacky. He makes the lads laugh a lot. I’d have to put myself in the top three as well!
C – CLUB – What football team do you support?
I support Stoke City. I’m from Stoke so it was always going to be my local team.
D – DINING – What would be your last three-course meal?
I’d have bruschetta with some balsamic vinegar dip for starter. I’d then have fish and chips with loads of curry sauce over it all. Chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
E – EVENINGS – A quiet night in or a night out with the lads? Why?
It would have to be a night out with the boys. We went out for a meal all together the other week and there was some great banter flying about. We have a really good bunch here.
F – FOREIGN – What's your favourite holiday destination and why?
I’ve been to Ayia Napa and that was good. I’ve been to India four or five times as my grandparents live in Goa. I’d say there.
G – GAME – What's been your favourite game you've ever played in?
It would have to be the game when I scored my first professional goal against Aston Villa. Another good one was when I played against Arsenal. It was a great night for us and I got a goal as well.
H – HOBBIES – What do you like to get up to away from football?
I play a bit of Fortnite with the lads. Reedy, Arma, we all play Fortnite and a bit of Fifa. I’m also taking my driving lessons at the moment so I’d advise everyone to stay off the roads!
I – IDOL – Who was your favourite footballer as a youngster and why?
Wayne Rooney. He was in his prime when I was growing up and he produced some great stuff during his days at Manchester United.
J – JOBS – Have you had any other jobs aside from playing football?
No, but if I wasn’t a footballer I’d probably be a police officer. My dad’s a police officer so I’d probably join up with the force as well!
K – KID – What were you like as a young boy?
I was good in school, got on with my work but also played a lot of football. I got two GCSEs - P.E and English. I didn’t get Maths, which was disappointing but I’ve made up for that with a few BTEC certificates!
L – LOATH – What annoys you the most and why?
It would have to be people making noise when they eat. Loud eaters are the most irritating.
M – MUSIC – What sort of music are you into and what's your favourite-ever tune?
I like my RnB but secretly I like a bit of Adele. Someone Like You would be the tune of choice!
N – NICKNAME – What's the best nickname you've come across in your footballing career?
It’s not really a nickname, but Kasey looks like the Predator from the film The Predator. Have a look and make sure you put a picture up as well. [Kasey: He’s killing me here!]
O – OPTIMISM – What would you like to achieve in your career?
To play as many games as I can, to get Rovers into the Premier League and to play for England.
P – PETS – Do you have any pets?
I don’t have any pets. I used to have to guinea pigs when I was younger. I’d like a doberman.
Q – QUALITY – Who's the best player you've ever played with or against and why?
Eden Hazard. I played against him when I was at Forest and he gave Joe Worrall a good night’s work! He was very flairy that night!
R – RAPID – Who's the quickest player you've played with or against?
Arma is one of the fastest I’ve seen. Go for him.
S – STRANGE – What's the strangest thing you've seen in your life?
Arma gave my smile some stick the other week, didn’t he? Let’s get him back. Arma’s fringe when he gets a haircut is absolutely shocking!
T – TELEVISION – What do you like to watch on the TV and why?
Game of Thrones. I’ve watched it three times and it’s quality. I’d say Impractical Jokers as well, that’s a very good watch.
U – UNKNOWN – Tell us something that people don't know about you.
I’m half Chilean. My mum is from Chile and my dad is from England, so I am half Chilean. The lads didn’t believe me, but my mum came over to England when she was young and ended up with my dad. I suppose that means I’m eligible to play for Chile, right?
V – VIDEO GAMES – Do you own a games console and how often do you play it?
I own a PS4. I play it every day. I normally get home at about 3pm, play until 6pm, have dinner and then get another couple of hours in before going to bed!
W – WORLD – Where would you most like to visit in your life?
Probably Chile to be honest. I’ve been when I was younger but I can’t really remember it. I have family over there so it would be good to see the place. My grandparents are over here now, but I have other family members over there.
X – XYLOPHONE – Can you play any musical instruments?
No. I’d like to learn the guitar. I used to play Guitar Hero when I was younger, but we can’t really class that as an instrument!
Y – YIKES – Do you have a fear of anything?
Spiders. They are the worst things. The worst are the ones with a small body but with long legs. It’s horrible when you are watching TV and you just see one scuttling across the floor.
Z – ZODIAC – What's your star sign?
What is that? I don’t know. I hear people going on about star signs but I haven’t got a clue. 18th April is my birthday, so what is that? [Ed: You’re an Aries]
