Rovers skipper Charlie Mulgrew says he is delighted to be part of such a special group of players.
The Scotland defender insists it is one of the best dressing rooms he has been involved with in his career and firmly believes that the team spirit and togetherness is helping Rovers get results on the pitch.
"It's great," said Mulgrew, who this week signed a new long-term contract with the club.
"There's a great bunch in the changing room and credit to the gaffer for bringing in the right characters.
"It's a great mix and it's an important thing to have a good changing room. I've been in plenty in the past where it's not been as good as this and it definitely helps.
"So I'm delighted to be part of that. There's some great lads in there and we're all pushing in the right direction for the same thing."
At 32, Mulgrew is one of the more senior members of the squad and he admits he enjoys the responsibility of passing on his experience and expertise to Rovers' rising stars.
"It feels like it just crept up on me, being one of the older ones in the changing room," he added.
"But I enjoy it. I don't change much. I've probably grown up a wee bit, but I enjoy that side of things.
"I enjoy being in that changing room. It's a good bunch of lads to play alongside and I'm happy to keep doing my part."
