David Raya has urged the Rovers supporters to get behind the team on Saturday when Sheffield Wednesday visit Ewood Park.
Following a couple of disappointing games, Rovers have the chance to put things right somewhat when the Owls make the trip from Yorkshire to East Lancashire at the weekend.
Words have been said following the latest disappointment at Wigan, and Raya wants the home support to help the team get back on track.
“The main thing now is Saturday. The last two games are gone and the aim now is to win," the 23-year-old Spaniard said to iFollow Rovers.
“The fans have been right behind us all season. It’s massive to have them and they can drive us forward. They can back us to get those three points.
“They help us so much, they lift us. We need to pay them back, especially after not being good enough in the last two games.
“We took great support in the last two away games and we’re thankful for their backing. We want to show them we’re capable of winning games again.
“A win will give us more confidence. The three points will lift us massively. We need to be what we are. We’ve shown what we’re all about since the gaffer arrived.
“We need to get back to what we’re good at. A clean sheet would be massive for the team and for me. I don’t like conceding goals, and as a team we don’t like conceding goals."
