Adam Armstrong has been delighted with Rovers' start to the 2018/19 Championship campaign, and has challenged the side to surpass the standards set so far.
The Blues are currently one point outside of the play-off places, having lost just three league games so far, and face Rotherham at home this weekend.
Speaking ahead of the game, Armstrong has been reflecting on the opening 16 games of the season, and says he's quite happy for Rovers to go under the radar.
“We knew we were going to have some tough games but I think we’ve done brilliantly well so far," he said.
"To be eighth at this stage is good, and we’ll look to push on now.
“I think we’ve really set the bar now in terms of how we’ve played. We’re happy to go under the radar, I think that’s the best way.
“We know how good we are as a team and we know how good the staff are that we work with every day.
We’re training really hard every day so that we can perform to those levels on a Saturday."
On a personal note, Arma says he's loving life at Ewood Park, having signed permanently in the summer, and is full of confidence ahead of the next run of fixtures.
“It’s been a tough run against the likes of Villa, Leeds, Derby and Stoke, but I think we’ve done brilliantly. I’m really enjoying my football at the minute," he added.
“I think we’ve seen that anyone can beat anyone in this league. We’ll just take each game as it comes and approach them with confidence."
