Tony Mowbray has made changes aplenty for the final game of the season against Oxford United at Ewood Park.

David Raya, Ryan Nyambe, Derrick Williams, Elliott Bennett and Danny Graham all return to the XI having either missed out on the squad for the last outing at Charlton.

Graham came off the bench at The Valley and earns a start, as does Dominic Samuel, whilst Nyambe makes his long-awaited return having not played since picking up a hamstring injury against Blackpool back in March.

At first glance, it looks as if Mowbray is opting for a 4-3-3 formation, with a midfield trio of Corry Evans, Bennett and Smallwood behind a front three of Samuel, Graham and Adam Armstrong.

For visitors Oxford, ex-Rover Simon Eastwood starts in goal, as does another former Blackburn man in Todd Kane, who spent time at Ewood between 2013 and 2014.

Another former Rovers man in our ex-coach Karl Robinson is in charge for the U's, whilst Rovers' record appearance holder Derek Fazackerley is part of Robinson's backroom staff.

Rovers: Raya, Nyambe, Lenihan, Mulgrew (c), Williams, Smallwood, Evans, Bennett, Samuel, Armstrong, Graham.

Substitutes: Leutwiler, Whittingham, Bell, Payne, Antonsson, Downing, Travis.

Oxford  United: Eastwood, Nelson (c), Brannagan, Ruffels, Dickie, Henry, Rothwell, Kane, Obika, Mousinho, Napa.

Substitutes: Shearer, Ricardinho, Long, Mowatt, Ledson, James, Hopkins.
