Rovers' fine February form has seen manager Tony Mowbray and striker Adam Armstrong nominated for the Sky Bet Manager and Player of the Month awards.
Mowbray guided Rovers to four straight victories in February - over Portsmouth, Bury, Walsall and Wimbledon - which saw the team rise to the top of the League One table.
The Rovers boss, who scooped the November award, is up against Plymouth's Derek Adams, Rotherham's Paul Warne and Southend's Chris Powell for the February accolade.
Armstrong played a key role in the memorable month, bringing pace and directness to the Rovers attack, which resulted in him scoring four goals and claiming two assists.
The on-loan striker opened his account for the club with a goal on his 21st birthday in the 2-2 draw at home to Oldham and then demonstrated the confidence of youth with two cool finishes in the 2-1 victory at Portsmouth.
He was on the scoresheet again in the 2-0 victory over Bury, before setting up goals for Danny Graham and Elliott Bennett in the away wins over Walsall and Wimbledon.
The 21-year-old is up against Plymouth striker Ruben Lameiras, Rotherham winger Joe Newell and Southend full-back Jason Demetriou for the top player prize.
The winners will be chosen by a select judging panel and will be announced on Friday March 9th.
