As the race for promotion hots up, so does the chase for the Golden Boot for a few Rovers players come the end of the campaign.
Both Bradley Dack and Danny Graham have 15 each for this season so far, with Charlie Mulgrew three behind on 12.
The goals have been shared around all season and January signing Adam Armstrong has seven in his last seven games, to perhaps put the pressure on those towards the top of the scoring charts.
Attacking pair Marcus Antonsson and Dominic Samuel have eight strikes apiece, so with just nine games remaining, how does Tony Mowbray see the top goalscorer chart finishing?
“As long as we are winning, I don’t care who scores the goals, but I imagine there is a bit of competition there between the two who will both be looking for that magical 20 goals target by the end of the season," the boss said in typically honest fashion.
“Danny has been top goalscorer at most clubs he’s been at in his career, and whilst he might not say that he’s bothered about finishing top scorer, I’m sure he’ll be thinking that.
“As long as they both [Graham and Dack] have a few more goals in their boots this season then we’ll all be happy."
And can he see Armstrong continuing his blistering scoring streak to claim the prize come the end of the campaign?
“We knew what we were getting with Adam, what type of player he is," Tony added. "He is versatile and can score with both feet. He can play as a striker or number 10 or on the wings.
"It’s going well for him and I know he’ll keep his feet on the ground, he’ll keep contributing and helping the team."
