Tony Mowbray insists he loves watching the 'telepathic' understanding between attacking pair Bradley Dack and Danny Graham.
The duo have 15 goals each this season and have both set up each other plenty of times for those strikes this term for Rovers.
Both had a slow-ish start to the campaign, but in recent weeks and months have really come to the boil, and Mowbray has been pleased with what he's seen from the key pair.
“Danny and Bradley’s relationship is so strong probably because the amount of pool they play!" the boss joked to iFollow Rovers.
"No, they like each other’s company and have a good rapport with each other. They have a similar sense of humour but they are very professional when it comes to playing football and they both want to win.
“Bradley’s not at the start of his career, he’s 24 now. He isn’t a baby anymore but he is a lad who wants to push on. Danny is an experienced footballer who is working extremely hard to enjoy the good moments in the game. He’s working hard to make sure he enjoys a few more years of football."
And whilst both are likely to have their eyes on the top goalscorer award, it's another prize which Tony believes they will really want - promotion to the Championship come May.
It's something everyone wants, and the manager says everyone benefits by having Dack and Graham on the pitch and in the dressing room.
“They are both working very hard, they get on and have almost telepathic pictures of where each other are on the pitch," Tony added.
"It helps the team, they’re scoring goals and it’s good to have these sort of characters around the training ground every day."
