Amari'i Bell says the spirit in the Rovers camp was a big reason as to why promotion from League One was achieved in 2017-18.
The left back joined from Fleetwood Town in the January transfer window and was made to feel welcome straight away.
The 24-year-old appeared 12 times in the blue and white and admitted his first six months at Ewood Park couldn't have gone any better.
“The morale and spirit in the team is great and it’s been superb here," Amari'i told iFollow Rovers.
"We’ve had times where we have had to stick together and grind results out. We can each rely on one another.
“The support from the fans on the final day was wonderful and hopefully we can get more crowds like that next season in the Championship to really get behind us. It was rocking that day and it would be great to have that backing at home next season too.
“Blackburn is a massive club and one that in my opinion is too big to play in League One, but we’re in the Championship now and that’s all that matters at this stage."
