Rovers Ladies attacker Natasha Flint earned another cap after playing for England Under-23s last week against Sweden.
The 21-year-old couldn't stop her country from suffering defeat, and came off the bench for the final seven minutes in the clash at the Sävstaås Idrottspark in Bollnäs.
The damage was done in the first half as goals from Filippa Angeldal, Nina Jakobsson and Michelle De Jongh proved the difference in the Under-23s’ first fixture since the Nordic Cup a year ago.
The call-up caps an outstanding six months for Flint, who helped Rovers secure an historic league and cup treble this season after joining from AFC Fylde in December.
A regular for England at youth level, the attacking midfielder will be hoping to add to the four caps she currently has for the Lionesses’ Under-23s in the near future.
