Now we're in the top two, we have to be there to stay. That's the message from Rovers' left back Derrick Williams ahead of home game one of two in the space of a few days.
The win at Fleetwood last time out say Rovers shift into the automatic promotion places for the first time this term.
And with two home games in four days - the first of which sees Northampton Town visit Ewood Park - Williams knows they have to hammer home maximum points to ensure the pressure mounts on table-topping Wigan and the play-off pack.
“It was a massive win for us, in terms of putting pressure on Wigan and moving into the top two," Williams told iFollow Rovers when reflecting on the victory at Fleetwood.
“I was happy for Richie [Smallwood] because we’ve been doing a lot of shooting after training and he’s been sticking them in, so it was great to see that go in.
“To finally be in the top two, we want to stay here. We want to go for top spot now, we’re in touching distance and we’re coming for them.
“This weekend is another opportunity to close the gap and put pressure on Wigan. They’re building up the games now which should hopefully affect them."
And Williams confesses that he believes Rovers are at last showing their class on a consistent basis after a 16-game unbeaten run in League One.
“You try to focus on yourself, and with the squad we have now, I think we’re finally showing people what we can do. We’re just going to get better and better, I think, and hopefully we really kick on.
"I can see us scoring a lot of goals, hopefully three or four a game – that’s the goal."
Can Del and the team continue that unbeaten streak at #OneRovers Day this weekend against Northampton Town?
