Rovers captain Charlie Mulgrew says a determined dressing room is a big reason why the side battled to a tremendous victory over Shrewsbury at Ewood Park.
Mulgrew bagged a brace in the excellent win, but praised everyone in the team for what was a gutsy display full of desire.
“This is a good group, everyone is working hard and is on the same wavelength in terms of working hard and working for the team and being team players," the Scot told iFollow.
“It’s a really good changing room and we all know that we’ve done nothing yet.
“There’s a real determination in the dressing room but it’s all right talking about it, we’ve won a game and got the three points but we quickly look to the next one and trying to keep going."
And Charlie is eager for more of the same next week when Rovers make the short trip to Fleetwood, where they'll be backed by a sold out away following.
Rovers know a win at Highbury Stadium and a Shrewsbury slip up will see them slide into the automatic promotion places for the first time this season.
“There are tough games to come, big moments in the season and we have to keep out attitude the same throughout the season and if we do then we won’t be far away," he added.
“We know the next game is the biggest game and we’ll go there looking to win that.”
