League Two promotion? Check. Championship promotion? Check. And now new Rovers capture Jack Payne wants to make it a hat-trick.
A League One promotion is all that's missing from Payne's fairly short EFL career so far, but he's desperate to do it with Rovers come the end of this campaign.
The attacking midfielder has achieved success with Southend and Huddersfield at Wembley on both occasions, but the 23-year-old is keen to do it differently this time, with his eyes firmly on the automatic places in League One.
"I've had two promotions so far in my career; at Southend in League Two and last season from the Championship with Huddersfield," he says.
"They were fantastic experiences and I hope to get more of them here.
"It is the best feeling ever and you want to replicate that.
So, as someone who knows what it takes, how can it be achieved at Rovers by Jack and his team mates?
"To get promoted you need to have a good team that's tight knit and works together," Payne explains.
"You need to get yourself in the right positions, which Blackburn have done and then once it gets to the business end of the season you have to be consitent, winning matches whether you are playing well or not and continuing to get points on the board.
"It'd be lovely to get a third promotion here. To play a part in it and influence it would be great. There's no reason why we can't do it. Everything is in place here from the players, staff and facilities."
