The new Golden Ticket promotion has been such a success at increasing the Rovers Return prize pot throughout December that it's going to be continued at Saturday's Cup tie at home to Hull City.
A successful trial at every league game throughout December saw one Golden Ticket given away free as a bonus free gift for every two tickets purchased for the main Rovers Return draw.
Once again this weekend, those buying multiple tickets will receive even more 'golden tickets' - i.e. purchase four Rovers Return tickets and receive two golden tickets, or buy six and get three golden tickets, etc.
The concept seemed to be met with the approval of the Rovers support, with the previous highest jackpot of the season being beaten at all three games during the trial period.
The idea has provided extra excitement to your blue and white half time draw, with the addition of the extra chance of winning meaning that four great prizes are now on offer via Rovers Return. The main prize remains a jackpot of up to £2,000 (subject to volume of sales), with second prize being a signed Rovers shirt and third prize taking home a signed ball.
The Golden Ticket winner - which is a new separate draw that takes place straight after the Rovers Return tickets are pulled out of the hat - will receive two hospitality tickets for a forthcoming home fixture.
The proceeds of the draw are used to help fund our excellent Academy programme, ensuring that we continue to develop emerging talents like Willem Tomlinson and Scott Wharton for the future prosperity of the club.
The draw is currently being overseen by Blackburn Rovers Community Trust, the club's official charity.
Rovers Return tickets are on sale all around the stadium on matchdays and remain proced at just £1 each - a small price to pay to win big prizes.
