Rovers star Bradley Dack finally got his hands on his Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month award for December this week as he was presented his gong by two Rovers fans.
Supporters Katie Wright and Simon Livesey were both on hand to present Bradley with his prize at the Senior Training Centre.
Following three goals in a month that he turned 24, Bradley managed to see off the challenge from Wigan pair Dan Burn and Christian Walton, Rotherham's David Ball, Peterborough striker Jack Marriott and Andy Butler, the Doncaster defender.
This was the second month in succession that a Rovers player has picked up the prize, with Dack following in the footsteps of Marcus Antonsson, who won the November award.
"It's really nice to collect the award and to start January off with a couple of goals as well," Dack said. "We've got over a sticky Christmas period with a strong start to 2018.
"The players we have here are always going to help you play better and with two homes to come, we have to make sure we go out and do the business.
"Northampton are on a good run and we haven't played Walsall this season. We have to make sure we get maximum points from both."
Liz Cope, Chief Marketing Officer at awards partner Vertu Motors plc - parent company of Bristol Street Motors - added: “We are delighted to be a partner with the PFA for the Fan’s Player of the Month. Our dealerships across the country take pride in supporting their local communities, with everything from grass roots football to local charity support.
"At Bristol Street Motors, we are excited to join the online football community and share the passion for football that thrives on the doorsteps of our dealerships up and down the country.”
