Rovers boss Tony Mowbray and striker Danny Graham have been nominated for the Sky Bet Manager and Player of the Month awards for January.
Mowbray oversaw an unbeaten month, which saw Rovers win against Shrewsbury, at Fleetwood and at home to Walsall, whilst drawing with Rotherham and Northampton.
The Rovers boss is up against AFC Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley, Darrell Clarke of Bristol Rovers and Gillingham supremo Steve Lovell, who oversaw the Gills' rise from the relegation places to mid-table.
Mowbray's nomination comes just a couple of months after he picked up the November prize after an outstanding month.
Graham enjoyed a goal-filled month, finding the net four times in his five games and also helping to assist a couple of Bradley Dack's strikes.
Danny's been potent at Ewood this month, bagging against Shrewsbury and Northampton before hitting a brace in the last home outing against Walsall.
He is up against Rotherham's big defender Sami Ajayi, Gillingham target man Tom Eaves and playmaker John-Joe O'Toole of Northampton Town.
It is another month that a Rovers player has been nominated for the Sky Bet Player of the Month prize after Richie Smallwood was shortlisted for the September award and Bradley Dack the October accolade.
Charlie Mulgrew picked up the gong after an excellent November showing.
The winner of each award will be announced on Friday morning.
