Rovers will look to maintain the push for automatic promotion from League One with victory at Plymouth Argyle this weekend.
Here's our guide to the game...
STATE OF PLAY
Last time out, Rovers secured an impressive 3-1 win over Walsall at Ewood Park, a result which extended our unbeaten run in the league to 18 games, and saw the Blues move to within a point of league leaders Wigan. Tony Mowbray's men currently sit one point ahead of Shrewsbury, having played a game more than the third-placed side. Rovers have conceded just 27 league goals so far this season, scoring 54 times at the other end. Kick-off against Plymouth is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, and fans can follow the action via our official Twitter account, with highlights available for iFollow subscribers after the game.
Corry Evans is back in contention for a start after making a full recovery from a recent injury, but captain Charlie Mulgrew will miss out again after limping off against Northampton. Midfield trio Peter Whittingham, Ben Gladwin and Marcus Antonsson are all making progress in their respective recoveries, but aren't yet ready for a return. Loanees Adam Armstrong and Jack Payne will be hoping to keep their places after starting in midweek, and Danny Graham could well keep his place up front after netting his 12th goal of the season last time out. Darragh Lenihan will get game-time with the Under-23s before making a first-team comeback, while Harry Chapman is now only four to six weeks from a return. As always, we'll bring you news of both starting line-ups via rovers.co.uk and our official social media accounts on matchday.
Plymouth are in 13th the standings, with 38 points from their 30 games so far in 2017-18. Our weekend opponents are managed by Derek Adams, and won 2-1 at Oldham on their last league outing, their third win in five league games. Argyle have scored 33 league goals this season, with Graham Carey (7) their top scorer, but they've let in 39 goals at the other end.
