Rovers boss Tony Mowbray has provided an injury update ahead of this Saturday's League One clash against Walsall.

The Blues sit top of the table going into the game, and will be looking to move further clear with victory at the Bank's Stadium.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Mowbray revealed that Craig Conway is unavailable but Marcus Antonsson is in contention to start.

"I think we're fine, Craig Conway has tweaked his hamstring and will be a loss for us," the boss told iFollow.

"It's only a mild one, he won't be available this weekend and he'll probably miss Tuesday [against Wimbledon] too, but he won't be much longer after that.

"Apart from that, Marcus Antonsson got a spell on the pitch on Monday and looked a threat, so that's positive.

"He looked like he wanted to run in behind and score goals as he has done all year, so it's another string to our bow.

"We're okay. The competition for places is getting really interesting now and we just have to try to select the right team.

"If it doesn't seem to be working for whatever reason, we've got good options in this squad, with players on the bench who can come on and change a game."
