Tony Mowbray’s side are looking to make it three games unbeaten.
Here’s our guide to the game…
STATE OF PLAY
Rovers come into the game off the back of a 1-1 away draw against Middlesbrough, thanks to Charlie Mulgrew’s fifth goal of the season. That result sees the Blues sit in 11th position in the Sky Bet Championship table.
Rovers beat Sheffield Wednesday 4-2 in the last home game and have only lost once in the last 24 games against Birmingham at Ewood Park.

Elliott Bennett is ruled out of the game, but Mowbray expects to have a pretty much fully fit squad to choose from. Bennett joins Ben Gladwin and Dominic Samuel on the sidelines, with the latter pair long-term absentees due to troublesome knee injuries.
Jack Rodwell is back in contention after missing the previous two games with concussion.
Saturday’s opponents Birmingham City are on the same amount of points as Rovers (30) and have an identical results record, but are two places ahead due to their superior goal difference.
However, the visitors lost at home to Bristol City last time out. That result ended a run of two consecutive victories without conceding a goal for Garry Monk’s men.
